My vessels are made using a non-traditional pâte de verre technique. I have been experimenting with this technique for several years, working the paste of glass without the use of silica molds, so as to simplify the work and to achieve more organic forms. My aim is to make very thin vessels - almost ethereal - that play with light and movement. I intend to express through these vessels the vulnerability of the natural world.
